Evelyn Cirillo achieved exceptional academic outcomes in her senior years at Mildura Senior College. She is a well-rounded student who demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills, and is a considerate, positive, caring individual. Evelyn graduated with an ATAR of 95.75.
She is a committed and passionate student who was also involved in many extra-curricular activities. Evelyn represented Mildura as a member of the 2024 YMCA Youth Parliament and made a major contribution to a group presentation which delivered a Bill on Housing Affordability.
Evelyn demonstrates initiative, supportive collaboration with her peers, insightful research and sound leadership. Her written and oral communication skills are outstanding. She has been a Representative Council Member and a Peer Mentor to new students wanting to pursue further study and adjust to the demands of secondary schooling.
Her community involvement includes being a representative soccer player and umpire, officiating at multiple games for the Sunraysia Football Federation. Evelyn was awarded the Young Referee of the Year in 2021.
Evelyn’s determination to bring about positive change means her career will shape Australia for the better. Her career goal is to represent Australia in the diplomatic service or joining an intergovernmental organisation like the United Nations.
